		 Preparation : 
		 Heat the margarine slightly in a 
		saucepan. Grate the onions. Wash and dry the bulgur with a napkin. Put the 
		onions and bulgur into the saucepan and saute over moderate heat for about 20 
		minutes until the onions turn golden. Pare and mince the tomatoes and heat the 
		broth. Put the tomatoes, broth, 1/3 tablespoon of black pepper and 1 tablespoon 
		of salt into the saucepan, cover and cook till the bulgur absorbs the water. 
		Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stir and serve.
