Lunch at a local restaurant Topkapı Palace, residence of Otoman Sultans exhibiting imperial treasury, sacred Islamic relics, kitchen, Chinese porcelain, weapons, calligraphy section etc. (Harem section is not included in the program and due to extra entrance fee if requested) Rustem Pahsa Mosque, designed by the court architect Sinan fort he Grand Vizier of Suleyman The Magnificant. Rumeli Fortress (from the boat no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror Mehmet to control and protect the Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture.Lunch at a Turkish restaurant. Dolmabahce Palace, recidence for Otoman Sultans built by two Otoman architects Karabet and Nikogos Balyan. Famous with great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier, the palace has 285 rooms and 46 halls.(B,L)
